I had an incredible experience at this hotel, highlighted by fantastic room upgrades and exceptional service. The spacious rooms provided breathtaking views, making my stay even more memorable. However, I was disappointed that the popular dining venue was closed during my visit, which was a letdown since I was really looking forward to it.
